Evidence Prime, founded in collaboration with McMaster University in 2014, is a Canadian–Polish spin-off that now employs around 40 staff, primarily engineers and methodologists. Our first product, GRADEpro, has become a leading platform for evidence-based guideline development, with more than 150,000 users worldwide. Building on this foundation, Evidence Prime created LASER AI, an AI-powered tool designed to streamline and accelerate literature reviews. To date, the organization has secured over €11M in competitive grants to advance its technologies.

By supporting the entire pathway, from evidence synthesis to dissemination and practical use, Evidence Prime helps clinicians, policymakers, and patients access reliable guidance in ways that are faster, clearer, and easier to apply.
